Msensor Sensor - The declared 'Automatic Calibration Method for Inclinometers' has been granted an invention patent certificate by the National Intellectual Property Administration.
This invention patent is an automatic calibration method for inclinometers, which includes an industrial computer for running software and control, a data acquisition card for sending control pulses and pulse counting, a circular grating sensor for measuring rotation angles, a detection platform for clamping the inclinometer, and a motor for a high-precision mechanical transmission mechanism to achieve platform rotation. This project realizes unlimited measurement range and continuous high-precision calibration at multiple angles for inclinometers, with a calibration accuracy of up to 0.0001, suitable for calibration production and manufacturing of inclinometers by production enterprises, user units, and metrology technical institutions.
