【Msensor Sensor】DMI2700 rotary drilling rig verticality tilt detection instrument
DMI2700 is a real-time monitoring system developed by Msensor Sensor to monitor the verticality and inclination of the drill rod during the construction process of rotary drilling and pile foundation, providing timely warnings, corrections, and detection.
Simple operation, accurate identification, remote monitoring, capable of real-time data storage (optional), and provides a zero-point setting function that can be completed with a light press, enhancing practical applicability and industrial reliability.
The display instrument uses a 7-inch high-brightness TFT LCD screen, based on a high-performance embedded system with a Linux kernel, equipped with industrial image display and data processing capabilities, and can accept user software function customization.
The display instrument supports two connection methods between the instrument and the sensor: wired transmission (RS232, RS485) and wireless ZigBee communication with the inclination sensor; the wired standard configuration includes a 1.5-meter cable (customizable cable length within 1200 meters), and the wireless transmission distance for ZigBee is <450 meters.
